SAGE National Support and Operations Centre

This week SAGE completed the final renovation of its National Support and Operations Centre.
The centre is now fully operational with a core team of 14 people, covering the disciplines of Control Systems, IT and Cyber support.
Our National Support and Operations Centre is already supporting critical infrastructure, manufacturing and utility facilities across the country.
We understand the importance of data and operational security, and that it why we have created this dedicated facility with enhanced physical and cyber protection measures, in line with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27000 and NIST SP-800.
For clients who do not have existing cyber secure remote connectivity, our team are able to help. Get in touch and we can deploy these solutions quickly for clients, ensuring their cyber security resilience.

Remote Support Module (RSM)
If it’s remote connectivity you are looking for, the SAGE Remote Monitoring Solution (RMS) is a pre-configured solution that can be shipped to your site within 24 hours. This portable VPN provides secure remote access to control systems and enables near-instant remote access for fault diagnosis and resolution.
The RSM units are hardened and secured with 256-bit military grade encryption, which is comparable to HTTPS/SSL and is considered completely secure by current industry standards.
