SAGE Automation is pleased to announce that it has acquired the service and project delivery capabilities of 37South.
The acquisition will strengthen SAGE Automation’s service delivery to our customers, but importantly will also add new capabilities, specifically in communications engineering, radio based communications networks, radio surveys and RF design.
The acquisition will allow 37South to focus on the strategic growth opportunities of their products business.
SAGE Automation will continue to support the 37South’s loyal customers with the same 37South engineers and technicians, complemented by the SAGE Automation field service technicians and systems engineers.
SAGE Automation’s Victorian State Manager Paul Markwick, described the acquisition as a natural fit. “We are excited to be working with new clients within industries we are very experienced with, including the water, gas and power sectors. These clients are a natural fit for our service offering.”
SAGE has worked with 37South Founder and Managing Director Glen Downie over the past ten years. “We feel a great sense of responsibility, and are very confident in our ability, to ensure that customer service levels for 37South clients are maintained or improved.” said Paul.
The 37South service and project delivery team will be joining SAGE in our Port Melbourne office in August to ensure a smooth transition takes place.
Both our service support team and our project delivery teams will be bolstered by the new capabilities in radio based communications networks, radio surveys and RF design. We will be offering this to our Victorian customers including CWW, SE Water, Melbourne Water, Multinet and APA as well as those from our national offices such as SA Water, QUU, SEQ Water, WA Water Corporation, TasWater and Power and Water in NT.
