Ride for a (very good) reason

Participating in the recent ‘Ride for a Reason’ charity cycling event, part of the 2016 Tour Down Under, were SAGE colleagues Barry Higham and Paul Tribe. For Senior Project Manager, Barry Higham, this was his 4th ride for a reason and this year, was riding for a very good reason - his reason, his colleagues.
Dedicating his ride to his colleagues and mates Paul Tribe and Greg Walker, both diagnosed with cancer, Barry raised a whopping $5,800 to support the Cancer Council, bringing his total over the four rides to over $11,000. Going to extremes in his fundraising campaign this year, Barry even shaved his much loved beard to top up his kitty!
Paul Tribe joined Barry on the ride this year, himself raising over $2500 for the Cancer Council.
We commend them both for their dedication, effort and determination for this cause and would like to take this opportunity to extend to Paul and Greg our ongoing support and best wishes.
