SAGE have now delivered more than 414 completed panels and continue to manufacture for ICM.
Due to the high standard of manufacturing and testing at SAGE, there are no hardware issues once the panels are sent to site.
This ongoing collaboration has guaranteed work for two to four manufacturing staff working full time on delivering these panels.
Airports all over the world are receiving SAGE manufactured panels, including Australia, Japan, China, Singapore, America, Canada, UAE and Germany, as well as dedicated units being manufactured for several exhibitions.

Repeat manufacture of panels
Following the successful delivery of control panels for the Changi Airport redevelopment, ICM then engaged SAGE Automation to deliver further panels for many different airports around the world, sending our locally made products global.
As each airport is different, with varying sensors and control philosophies, ICM work closely with SAGE to modify their base package CAD drawings to fit the unique requirements of the destination airport.
These changes are implemented and stored by the client for future use.
Quality and testing process
After manufacture, the SAGE Quality Assurance team complete testing of the panels in a simulated workplace environment.
This rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing means that the panels are 100% ready for the client.
Once the panels pass testing, they are packaged and shipped to the destination site.
Receiving fully configured and tested panels at site significantly helps ICM with the Auto Bag Drop commissioning process.
Streamlining of supply chain
During the project timeline, SAGE was able to streamline the panel making process by managing parts of the supply chain for ICM.
This allows ICM to approach SAGE with questions and design changes in the early stages of the project, with the SAGE team able to coordinate the rest of the manufacturing process.
