This two-day conference on 5 and 6 November, is the first international driverless car conference in the Southern Hemisphere.
Conference attendees will see the technology and hear the research, trials and legislation changes needed to make the driverless car future a reality, as well as see driverless cars in action.
SAGE Automation will be showcasing a number of Intelligent Transport System Technologies and innovations at the event which are transforming the Road Infrastructure industry, including:
This system is the work of 3rd year Flinders University Mechanical Engineering Student Josh, who is currently on a 20 week placement at SAGE. Josh is drawing on his exposure to the electrical, civil and mechanical engineering disciplines within his degree, to work with the SAGE Automation team working on the O-Bahn City Access Project.
SAGE specialises in the design, integration, testing and delivery of complex Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and Plant Management and Control Systems (PMCS) across Australia and is uniquely placed to provide the skills and expertise required to deliver certainty to road, bridge and tunnel projects nationally. SAGE's world class manufacturing centre produces ITS field panels to the highest standard and is situated close to the project, enabling close interaction with the project team during construction and commissioning.
